Max Rattner joined Calco Commercial in January 2021 as a Senior Associate specializing in leasing and investment sales in the greater San Francisco area. The son of a Palo Alto-based transactional real estate attorney, Max got his DRE license in 2019. He started his career as an Investment Advisor at NAI Northern California, where he sourced and closed over $23mm in transactions, including exclusive representation of a $15.7mm+ 1031 exchange requirement. Max believes that success is founded upon strong relationships, diligent work, and creative problem solving. As a result, he works with private, corporate, and institutional clients with a variety of needs and investment strategies.
Outside of work, Max enjoys playing ice hockey, screenwriting, hiking, cooking, and babysitting his niece, Jacqueline Joe. He has lived on four continents and traveled to over 60 countries.
